Student Facilities

  • Boys’ hostel is within the campus and each room is meant for three students. Every room has attached toilet & bathroom. Girls’ hostel is in a rented accommodation in Jai Ram Group of Institutions, Kurukshetra. Each room is meant for two to three students.Every students in the hostel (boys as well as girls) is provided a bad with mattress, Study table with a chair and an almirah. Facility of desert cooler and water cooler in summer and hot water supply in winter is made available to the students without any extra charge. The hostels are provided with 24 hours interrupted power backup, purified drinking water, round the clock security, gym, facility of indoor and outdoor sports/games and common room with TV facilities.
  • Cafeteria Facility: The institute has a cafeteria, which provides vegetarian meals and snacks to day scholars, faculty and staff. Medical Facility: The Institute has its own dispensary with a qualified Doctor and a Pharmacist for regular health care of students and staff. First-aid boxes are also provided at appropriate locations (hostels, workshops and with sports in charge. Sports Facility Physical education is an integral part of educational programme designed to develop of an individual physically, mentally, socially and spiritually through total body movement in the performance of properly selected physical activities.

    ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Engineering & Technology(4 Years ): Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology/Computer Science. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. Engineering & Technology(Lateral entry to second year): Passed Diploma examination from an AICTE approved institution; with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology. Passed B. Sc Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) and passed XII standard with mathematics as a subject. Provided that in case of students belonging to B. Sc. Stream, shall clear the subjects of Engineering Graphics / Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the first year engineering program along with the second year subjects. Provided further that, the students belonging to B. Sc. Stream shall be considered only after filling the supernumerary seats in this category with students belonging to the Diploma stream. Provided further that students, who have passed Diploma in Engineering & Technology from an AICTE approved institution or B. Sc Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, shall also be eligible for admission to the first year Engineering Degree courses subject to vacancies in the first year class in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted. However the admissions shall be based strictly on the eligibility criteria as mentioned above. FEE STRUCTURE: 65000/- Rs. Per Annum STUDENT FACILITIES: Library: College library is the repository of knowledge, information and entertainment; they contain books, audio video CDs and records for education, research and reference. It is an ideal place for students and faculty to gather information and knowledge of Education, Science and other related areas. Apart from the books, the library has subscribed many magazines, periodical and journals relating to Education and other subjects. Hostel: There are separate hostels for both boys and girls within the college campus. Students can enjoy a homely atmosphere with parental care. The Hostel also provides unique facilities like common room, cyber café, gymnasium, modular kitchen and so on. Laboratories: The state-of-the-art laboratories are well-equipped with the advanced technical instruments and manned by experienced faculty and lab instructors. Deviating from the conventional classroom teaching, the students are guided and motivated to practically implement fundamental principles learnt in classroom through experimentations in laboratories.
